Our lead mediator is Brian Ahearne. He has conducted mediations at the Royal Court of Justice, in offices, peoples’ homes, online and on the street. When people want to communicate to solve their problems and disputes, Brian will try to make any location work. He is a trained barrister (unregistered) with a large focus on alternative dispute resolution (ADR), a Civil Mediation Council Registered Mediator, a member of the Society of Mediators, an associate member of the Academy of Experts and an associate member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.
